A Parent’s Guide to Responsible Sharing of Children’s Images Online
In today’s digital age, sharing photos of children online has become the norm.
Our project aimed to raise awareness about the risks of "sharenting" and provide parents with practical guidance on how to share responsibly.
We developed an informative guidebook for parents that includes both educational content and real-life stories presented as graphic novels. The goal was to make the emotional impact of digital exposure tangible while avoiding the use of real children's images.
We gathered expert opinions, real testimonials, and media reports to build our foundation. Each team member adapted one real story into a short graphic novel, illustrated in their own unique style, adding emotional depth and visual diversity.

The final result is a printed and digital guide that combines information and storytelling. In March 2025, our project was published in cooperation with the Deutsche Kinderhilfswerk and the Bundesministerium für Familie, Senioren, Frauen und Jugend in a print run of 3,000 copies and distributed via social media.
